JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with senior management to align IT projects with organizational goals and objectives.

  • Develop and implement an IT project strategy that supports business growth and innovation.

  • Lead the planning, execution, and closure of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.

  • Manage and lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing project team environment.

  •  Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues that may impact project timelines and deliverables.

  • Communicate project objectives, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and understanding.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align project activities with organizational priorities.

  • Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT solutions.

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in managing and leading IT projects from initiation to completion.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is a plus.

  • In-depth knowledge of IT project management methodologies and tools.
