We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Certified Facility Management Professional (CFM) Trainer to join our team. The CFM Trainer will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs to individuals interested in pursuing a career in facility management or looking to enhance their skills in this field. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of facility management principles and practices, be a certified CFM themselves, and have a passion for teaching and mentoring.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

 

  • Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to individuals or groups of aspiring facility management professionals.

  • Provide one-on-one guidance and support to participants, addressing their specific learning needs and challenges.

  • Foster a dynamic and interactive learning environment by encouraging discussions, group activities, and real-world problem-solving.

  • Offer mentorship and career guidance to participants, helping them navigate their career paths within the facility management field.

  • Maintain accurate records of participant attendance, progress, and performance, and provide feedback to management as needed.

  • Stay current with industry certifications, trends, and developments to enhance personal and professional knowledge.

 

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

 

  • Certified Facility Management Professional (CFM) designation.

  • IFMA Certification is required.

  • Proven experience in facility management or related field.

  • Strong presentation and communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in instructional design and educational technology.

  • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.

  • Prior experience in training and development is a plus.
