This position is responsible for the delivery and administration of a range of training and development programs to meet the needs of internal staff.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Engage with the key stakeholders to conduct skills analysis, training need analysis and prioritize training. Be instrumental in building a pilot function and lay down a foundation in terms of processes and deliveries
Understand the client's industry and client's business. Understand and breakdown the business problem to be able to create and propose a learning solution
Plan annual initiatives and training programs in discussion with senior management.
Prepare training budget requirements and share with senior leadership along with track budget spend versus plan and take corrective actions if required.
Identify and prioritize organization level training needs and programs in line with organization's strategy and vision
Should be able to create content based on the inputs shared by the stakeholders.
Ensure that content and context of all materials remains current and relevant for business needs.
Advice business to identify training needs identified in performance appraisals.
Work with subject matter experts on designing training content and delivery. Plan roll out of programs including timelines, target audience and location
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
1-2 years of experience with strong communication skills and keen to assist people with their learning and development with proven people management skills.
Self-driven to handle the function independently.
Designing and supplying a variety of training styles
Managing budgets and managing people
Confident in both written and spoken communication with the ability to present to large audiences
Post Graduate (Diploma) in HR/Training & Development/Psychology
Certification in L&D is a plus
