Talent and Culture Executive

The Talent and Culture Executives undertakes all the administration requirements for the Talent & Culture Department.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To type, take minutes and dictation, draft letters, handle telephone calls, file and trace correspondence.
To maintain and upkeep the confidential files of all employees.
To assist with the implementation and upkeep of all employee communication.
To coordinate the Performance Appraisal system, Probationary Reports and Exit Interview Form.
To prepare and maintain monthly distribution of Birthday Cards to Department Heads.
To ensure all unsuccessful applicants receive a called reply within 48 hours of the interview.
To be responsible for the proper filing of all internal and external applications on "Active Potential Candidate" files.
To coordinate placement and follow-up of all recruitment advertisements.
To arrange all interview appointments.
To ensure all items on the joiners checklist are completed for every new hire.
To assist in organizing regular employees sports and social activities.
To coordinate the employee recognition program.
To ensure a strong professional relationship with all levels of employees within the hotel.
To prepare references for all resigning employees.
To respond to changes in the Human Resources function as dictated by the industry, company and hotel.
To carry out any other reasonable duties as assigned by the T&C Manager-
To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name tag. To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene and adhere to the hotel and department grooming standards.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Previous hotel experience as a Talent and Culture Executive
Payroll experience is required
Strong administrative skills and document handling.
Digital competency; Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications required
Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
Organized; Strong attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Highly responsible, organized & reliable
Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
Ability to work cohesively as part of a team while setting and completing individual deadlines
