Senior Marketing Executive

The role of the Senior Marketing Officer is to work with the Head of Marketing and Customer Experience to plan and implement marketing activities that deliver on the marketing strategy, aligned to overall strategic company goals. The role is extremely varied, spanning a wide range of activities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • ❖ Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

  • ❖ Lead and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.

  • ❖ Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.

  • ❖ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

  • ❖ Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and achieve targets.

  • ❖ Stay updated with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.

  • ❖ Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals.

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS

  • ❖ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

  • ❖ Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and achieving business objectives.

  • ❖ Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and platforms.

  • ❖ Experience in developing and executing marketing plans, including budget management.

  • ❖ Excellent leadership and team management skills.

  • ❖ Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • ❖ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • ❖ Familiarity with market research techniques and methodologies.

  • ❖ Creative thinking and problem-solving skill

  • Preferred Skills

  • ❖ Experience in the real estate/ facility management is a plus.

  • ❖ Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.

  • ❖ Knowledge of SEO/SEM strategies and implementation.

  • ❖ Familiarity with content marketing and social media management.

  • ❖ Professional certifications in marketing or related fields (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, etc.) are desirable.
