Marketing Supervisor

Marketing supervisors are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of their department. They commonly work with a team of marketing professionals to develop and implement strategies that help meet the organization’s overall goals.

Marketing supervisors may also be tasked with developing new products or services, managing budgets, and ensuring that all projects stay on schedule. In addition to overseeing daily operations, they often provide leadership and guidance to their team members by helping them develop skills and providing feedback on performance.

Monitoring competitors’ activities in order to identify opportunities for new products or services
Developing marketing plans, strategies, and tactics to meet company objectives
Analyzing data to determine the effectiveness of marketing strategies and tactics, then making adjustments as needed
Managing the company’s advertising budget by creating media plans, negotiating rates with vendors, and selecting appropriate media channels
Reviewing sales reports to identify trends and make adjustments to improve performance
Coordinating with production staff to ensure that products are delivered on time and meet quality standards
Creating marketing campaigns using print materials such as brochures, catalogs, and flyers as well as digital formats such as email blasts and social media posts
Developing budgets for marketing campaigns and recommending spending levels to management

Candidate must be willing to work for short-term contract.
Candidates must hold a valid QID.
Candidates must be present in Doha

Job Type: Temporary
