Logistics supervisors are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of their company’s logistics department. They commonly work with a team of employees to ensure that all logistical needs are met in an efficient and timely manner.
Logistics supervisors may also be tasked with developing new processes or procedures to improve efficiency, quality, or cost effectiveness. This might include anything from updating software systems to implementing new technology or equipment.
Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors to ensure they deliver high quality products at competitive prices
Ensuring that all orders are delivered on time by following up with suppliers if they are behind schedule
Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new supplies as needed to ensure that products are available when needed
Managing employees by providing training in effective work habits and performance techniques
Monitoring freight costs and insurance coverage to ensure compliance with company policies
Candidate must be willing to work for short-term contract.

Candidates must be present in Doha
