Kitchen Equipment Technician

Performs a variety of standard to moderately complex technical tasks related to operating, installing, maintaining and repairing all kitchen equipment (gas, electrical, and refrigeration).
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Investigates problems and performs repairs on all kitchen equipment .
Complete Performance Checks on kitchen equipment including refrigerators, ice machines, ovens, fryers, and beverage
Performs maintenance routines, preventive maintenance, and major repairs.
Troubleshooting and identifying problems with the machines,
Handling – sand filters, maintaining suitable water temperature, proper water flow, Vacuuming pool
QUAIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Should be ITI / Diploma holder in Electromechanical, Electronic trade with hands-on knowledge and experience of Installation, repairs, and maintenance of Electrical & Kitchen Equipment’s and various types of electrical, and electronics appliances/equipment.
Prior Experience from Hotels, High-end Kitchen facilities will be added advantage.
