Freelance Sales Executive

Inspire Management Training Centre is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Freelance Sales Executive to promote our training programs and services to potential clients. As a Freelance Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets. This is a remote, commission-based position offering flexibility and the opportunity to work independently.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

·         Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.

·         Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions.

·         Present and demonstrate our programs and services to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and value proposition.

·         Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to the specific requirements of each client.

·         Negotiate and close sales deals, aiming to achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets.

·         Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, address any concerns, and secure repeat business.

·         Collaborate with the internal team to coordinate and deliver on client requirements and expectations.

·         Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to effectively position our training programs.

·         Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports using CRM software.

 

Required Skills:

·         Proven experience in sales, preferably in the training or education industry.

·         Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.

·         Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

·         Ability to identify and understand clients' needs and present suitable solutions.

·         Strong organizational and follow-up skills to manage the sales process efficiently.

·         Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

·         Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer preferences.

·         Professional and persuasive presentation skills.

 

Education:

·         High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred but not required.

  

Experience:

·         Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.

·         Experience in the training or education industry is a plus.

 

Physical Requirements:
