Entertainment Manager

We are seeking for an experienced, energetic, innovative and motivated Entertainment Manager who will assist the Entertainment Director in duties as necessary. Oversees the operation of the showroom, event production, and all entertainment related technology. Manages show advancing including planning with booking agent, artist management, artist, and agency management once acts are confirmed. Manages venue staffing, rental equipment, inventory, purchases, and projects. Operates and designs shows and ensures all equipment is properly maintained and repaired.

Provide outstanding customer service to guests and all other employees by exceeding our mission statement.
Manage the Showroom.
Assist at all Tribal event operations including schedules, outside services, site services and maintenance.
Demonstrate working knowledge of all equipment (lighting, electrical, audio, video, comm, rigging, software, etc.) in use in the showroom or brought into the showroom by visiting artists and be able to advise on proper application.
Ability to read and interpret artist and vendor contracts to ensure requirements are met for the venue and contracted party.
Ability to read and interpret national riders to specify all needs for both the artist and the venue.
Demonstrate ability to work in a professional manner with vendors and artist production staff in the planning of show production, day of show flow, travel logistics, catering, staffing, adjusting stage plots, ordering instruments and equipment as needed.
Understand touring travel logistics in order to plan and book all lodging and transportation according to artist needs and contract specifications.
Demonstrate ability to work directly with visiting artists in professional manger to ensure all of their needs are met for the success of their show.
Demonstrate ability to accurately anticipate even staffing needs in advance.
Manage usher, backstage attendant, merchandise seller, spot operator, stagehand, camera operator, runner, deckhand, switcher, and day labor hiring from both internal and external sources and ensure time sheets are submitted in a timely manner.
Oversee on-call stagehands in the performance of tasks on show days.

Must pass pre-employment physical
Must be able to pass background suitability investigation
Must speak a second language. Will be requested to translate when needed.
Minimum 2 years of Experience as a Entertainment Manager
