Customer Service Agent

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Our Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Greeting and thanking guests in a sincere, friendly manner.
Posting charges to appropriate guest accounts.
Anticipating and addressing guests' needs, and resolving their problems and complaints.
Operating switchboard and assisting with inquiries.
Collaborating and communicating with other internal departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Complying with company procedures and safety policies.
Performing duties on a daily checklist.

Candidate must be willing to work for short-term contract.
Candidates must hold a valid QID.
Candidates must be present in Doha

Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 2 months
