Commercial Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities 


• Develop and execute sales strategies to promote facilities management and pest control services to clients, including residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.

• Identify and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and targeted marketing campaigns.

• Conduct thorough research and analysis of potential clients, including their needs, pain points, and competitors such as Boecker.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and providing effective solutions.

• Deliver sales presentations and proposals that highlight the value proposition and benefits of the company's services.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.

• Meet or exceed sales targets, track sales performance, and provide accurate forecasts and reports.

• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies related to facilities management and pest control.

• Maintain a deep understanding of the competitor landscape, including companies like Boecker, to effectively position the company's offerings.

• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand network and promote the company's services.

 • Continuously enhance sales skills and knowledge through training programs and self development. 


Qualifications, Experience and Skills 


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the facilities management or pest control cleaning industry.

• Strong knowledge of facilities management services, pest control practices, and industry-specific regulations.

• Experience in selling to residential, commercial, and industrial clients is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with competitor analysis and positioning strategies, including knowledge of Boecker's offerings.

• Proficiency in CRM systems, sales tracking tools, and MS Office applications. Preferred Skills

• Previous experience working with a competitor like Boecker or other reputable facilities management and pest control companies.

• Knowledge of industry-specific software and technologies related to sales and customer relationship management.

• Understanding of integrated pest management practices and sustainable cleaning solutions.

• Familiarity with the specific challenges and regulations in the local facilities management and pest control market
