Children's Activities Coordinator

This position will work directly with the Sports, Events, and Food and Beverage departments at the club. The Children’s Activities Coordinator will work to promote all aspects of the children’s activities at the company, be a service-oriented individual, be a team player, and help the growth of the company.
Responsibilities will include, but are not be limited to:
Working directly with the Director of Sports/Food and Beverage Manager, depending on the activity schedule
Coordinate and manage a calendar of activities for events
Coordinate and direct program assistants
Communicate with parents as needed
Communicates with special guests as needed
Maintains daily attendance records
Must be creative with activities when weather situations arise.
Must be able to lead and organize groups of children up to 25
Must be able to react quickly, calmly, and appropriately in an emergency situation.
Requirements
CPR/AED/First Aid Certification must be active
Lifeguard Certification is a plus but not a requirement
Compensation
The position will be required to be onsite for rainy days as well.
Hours and responsibilities are subject to change based on season, weather, and program numbers.
Weekend and holiday hours will be required
