AV Manager

AV Manager is responsible for the managing the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, communications, and completion of specific AV systems integration projects.
Responsible for ensuring projects achieve time, scope, budget, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction requirements.


Review & understand SOWs and project contracts to determine time to deliver, resourcing and budget
Responsible for coordinating all activities associated with the timely, accurate, and on-budget completion of the project
Responsible for leading Project Kick-off meetings
Responsible for effective communication with customer including change orders and delivery, on-site visits (as needed)
Retain responsibility for resolving all project related issues
Maintain and develop strong relationship with customers on behalf of Direct Line
Drive project results to satisfy customer requirements
Travel to various job sites required

Minimum 3-5 years’ experience AV/Video Teleconferencing industry is required
Higher education in Electronics or related field preferred
Experience in management and implementation of value stream mapping of project management processes
Demonstrated management and leadership experience
